Please follow these instructions for 10-14 days after the procedure to improve the results of your eyebrows.

AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT/DAY OF:
Gently blot or wipe your eyebrows with a wet q-tip to absorb excess lymph fluid. Do this every 30 minutes for the first 2 hours or until oozing has stopped. Removing this fluid prevents premature scabbing, and allows the brows to breathe today.

AVOID: Ibuprofen, aspirin, alcohol, caffeine, fish oil supplements, ginger. Also avoid any dusty, dirty, windy contaminated areas. (No 4 wheelers, motorcycles, yard work, etc)

Wash every day twice a day starting the day after service for 10 -14 days to remove bacteria and to keep clean. Using a fragrance free antibacterial liquid soap such as Dial or Cetaphil. Avoid the use of abrasive washcloths or sponges. Preferably a Q-tip. Allow eyebrows to completely dry before applying ointment (pat dry with paper towel or air dry)

Apply a thin layer of healing ointment that is given to you by the artist. (rice grain size amount on each brow) twice a day. DO NOT rub pick or scratch the treated area. Let any scabbing or dry skin naturally exfoliate off. Picking can cause pigment loss.

AVOID sweating, swimming, hot tubs, sauna, steam rooms, hot showers, and or hot baths for 2 weeks. The goal is to keep your pores closed as much as possible during the first 2 weeks for optimum healing results. Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning beds for a minimum of 4 weeks after your procedure. Direct sunlight can cause the pigment to change color while healing and can also cause hyperpigmentation and scarring. After 4 weeks consider using sunblock when going out in the sun to stop the color from fading. Avoid sleeping on face for a minimum of 10 days.

AVOID Retin-A, chemical peels, laser treatments, microdermabrasions, Botox, or anything around the brow area during the first 2-3 weeks to preventing fading of your brows.

Please note that your eyebrows will appear darker, bolder, and sharper due to natural scabbing and healing process for the first week . This is very common for all permanent cosmetic procedures. Be patient, trust the process, be mindful for the first 2 weeks of healing, and contact your artist should you have any concerns.

Avoid wetting lashes the first 24 hours.

Never apply mascara to lash extensions.

Do not pick, or pull at extensions. It’s best to use a lash spoolie to brush them.

Always use oil free products on or around lashes. Applying oil based products will cause lash extensions to fall out prematurely.

Never use a lash curler while having lash extensions.

Sleep on your back.

Brush and cleanse your lashes daily using a professional lash shampoo. It’s normal to see 3-5 lash extension shed per eye per day.

Refills are suggested between 2-3 weeks. Anything exceeding past 3 weeks is considered a full set.

Cleanse tattoo area with liquid non-scented antibacterial soap twice a day for 10-14 days. Pat dry, apply a thin layer of tattoo balm or unscented hand lotion.

Healing time: Healing timelines vary, but generally lobes take 4 months, everything else 6-9+

Don't submerge your stud in water for at least 2 weeks. No pools, baths, oceans, etc.

Keep it clean.

Squirt saline or run water over the front and back of your piercing 2-3 times daily, but don't overdo it!

Don't snag it. Watch out for towels, scarves, and hair-they can snag & pull out your piercing.

Sleeping on your piercing while it heals will cause irritation and extra swelling. You may consider using a piercing pillow.

Don't twist or rotate your piercing, clean with anything more serious than saline, or take out your piercing jewelry during the healing process !

No discharge, swelling, redness, flaking, or soreness means you're past your initial healing period! Time to swap your stud.

Contact your piercer or a qualified healthcare professional at the first sign of abnormal inflammation/ swelling or possible infection.
